AIL has participated in several merger, sale and purchase processes for national and international companies. Our participation has been since the beginning of the audit, preparing “data rooms” or reviewing the counterparty information. Our effort includes: the analysis of the information, transaction planning, negotiation of the transaction conditions and closing the transaction.

There are several legal, financial and tax matters that must be taken in consideration for these types of transactions. AIL has a team of specialists to evaluate the risk and contingencies in order to take correspondent contractual provision as may be applicable.
